An in-depth look at the terms of cancellation
With the strict option, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be modified
- In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more before departure: the renter owes 30% of the booking total, the remainder is refunded.
- Between 29 days before departure and the day of departure: no refund, the total price of the booking is due.
- The booking dates cannot be modified.
With the flexible option, the booking can be modified and cancellation is free up to 30 days
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure: the booking total is refunded.
- Between 29 and 8 days before departure: the renter owes 50% of the booking total, the remainder is refunded.
- Between 7 days before departure et the day of departure: no refund, the total price of the booking is due.
- The booking dates can be modified with the owner's consent.
Do you want to travel outside of France? With the "Travel abroad" option (€1 / day) and the owner's permission,
you may travel in all the countries on the vehicle's green card (International Motor Insurance Card).

You're ready to get covered, do you meet these requirements?
The drivers covered by insurance must:
- Be at least 23 years old.
- Be in possession of a driver's license for at least 3 years. This license must be currently valid.
- Have sent Wikicampers a copy of the driver's license and proof of ID of the main driver and of all the drivers before the start of the rental period (the number of drivers is limited to 2 per rental at no additional charge). Those who have a foreign license must provide an international driver's license or a license written in the Latin alphabet.
- Have submitted the security deposit by credit card imprint before the start of the rental period.

Your deposit will be destroyed 8 days after your return, provided no damage or accidents are reported. An email will be automatically sent to you informing you of your deposit's cancellation (remember to check your spam).

The deductible is the amount the renter pays out-of-pocket in the event of a claim
covered by the insurance policy:
damages to the vehicle, acts of vandalism, theft, storm, fire, hail and glass
breakage.
A deductible applies to each occurrence. Multiple deductibles are applicable if the
damages do not all occur at the same time and as a result of the same action.
The deductible amount depends on the level of insurance you purchased.
